It is our priority to deliver your order ASAP. And once your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide the tracking info. Because we ship with USPS, I can ship to a P.O. Box, APO, home, or business address.

Most of the time your order will ship out on the next business day from South Nags Head. During peak season, it’s normally no more than 3 business days based on when your order is received. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

I’m sorry it needs to be said, but shipping has become a bit of a nightmare. We will do everything we can to stay on top of shipment delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit any item that is returned in new and unused condition. We do not charge restocking or re-handling fees, however, we ask that you cover shipping costs for any returned items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 7232, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948.

I recommend shipping all returns with a tracking number. It helps me process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing material when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
